Biosolidale in our project we have embraced Biologico as a choice and as a philosophy; we respect the land and its fruits and support the small businesses of our region. We have created a network of small enterprises operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, in order to present ourselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. This is how the Wholewheat Durum Wheat Spaghetti 500 g BIO was born.

In our project we have embraced Biologico as a choice and as a philosophy; we respect the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region. We have created a network of small enterprises operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, in order to present ourselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. We raise consumer awareness about conscious purchasing and the importance of the short supply chain and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same.

the bronze-drawn pastas are made according to the principles of agricoltura biologica and the production process is artisanal.

The organic agricultural cooperative La Terra e il Cielo was founded in 1980 through the pioneering initiative of its founding members, at a time when organic farming was still a niche sector. From the very beginning it adopted organic and biodynamic cultivation methods, promoting a sustainable agricultural model that respects the environment. We set ourselves the goal of promoting ethical and sustainable agriculture, rediscovering ancient agricultural varieties and fostering a balanced relationship between humankind, nature and the land.

Spelt (Triticum dicoccum), toasted hulled barley, millet, ancient durum wheats: Senatore Cappelli, Taganrog, Etrusco. We recover ancient varieties selected for quality. Traceable and mainly local supply chain, organic and sustainable cultivation.
